This year, AgilQuest has been focused on adding to our team and we are excited about all the new faces and talent. In just the past year, our customer support has added 50% more staff. We are implementing a brand new process and portal for better customer support and service so Customers will also have instant access and visibility.
AgilQuest's customer-driven development model puts real needs into the next release and makes new capabilities available for everyone. Our short-term 12 month roadmap has a tremendous number of goals, so we've also increased the product design and development testing team by 127%!
