OnBoard for Exchange connects Outlook users with the power of OnBoard's enterprise reservation system... all from inside the familiar Outlook, OWA, or Outlook for Mac client.

Which means Outlook users can now make meeting room reservations without having to worry about double-booking or other scheduling mishaps with AgilQuest’s new OnBoard for Exchange integration.

Many companies and office workers needing to reserve meeting rooms often use Microsoft Outlook’s built-in Room Finder feature to book specific rooms at specific times for themselves and other attendees. But with no business rules or restrictions in the Outlook email client that prevent others from double-booking or even cancelling others’ meetings, office workers often suffer from showing up to a meeting room they had reserved to find a different meeting occupying that space.

When you connect the OnBoard workplace management system to your Microsoft Exchange server, your Outlook users get the OnBoard for Exchangepower of enterprise-class rules, policies and workflow… combined with the convenience of making reservations within their favorite email and calendaring clients.

AgilQuest has enhanced our two-way integration with Exchange so reservation requests made in Microsoft Outlook for Windows, Outlook for Mac, and OWA are synchronized automatically between the Exchange and OnBoard servers without the need for a plugin.

These servers synchronize bi-directionally via EWS, so bookings made in the Outlook user interfaces are sent to OnBoard and any reservations made in the numerous OnBoard interfaces likewise show up in Outlook calendars.

OnBoard for Exchange eliminates the hassles of booking conference rooms and preserves the simplicity of the Outlook email and calendaring clients.
