New service assists large and global enterprise IT when adding office space reservation software to high availability infrastructure
03/18/2013 – Richmond, VA - AgilQuest Corporation announced a support service for OnBoard, their hoteling and conference room management technology, and its use in clusters and similar high availability configurations in large organizations. Automatic failover of servers within a cluster allows IT departments to keep mission-critical applications running and available for their employees with little or no interruption. This new service offering supports IT departments in configuring and testing OnBoard and its components within their existing HA environment.

High availability has been an option with OnBoard since the 2012 release of OnBoard OnDemand, a cloud-hosted version, but the new cluster support service allows IT departments to add on-premise OnBoard to their existing world-class internal operations. Integration with existing systems allows participation in existing licenses, monitoring, dashboards and expertise.
