Eight Steps to Successfully Implement a Telework Program

Federal agencies have found real, practical answers to their telework program questions from our recent webinar series. These presentations from experts and discussion panels with directors and TMOs have explored topics from employee engagement to measuring actual use to hoteling. However, there hasn’t been a clear, simple guide, yet, on what practical steps must an agency take to get started on the telework mandate. The 1-2-3 steps have been left up to the TMOs... until now.

At the Telework Exchange Town Hall meeting we had dozens of directors, TMOs and consultants approach us at the booth, point at our banner and say “that is exactly what we need.” They were talking about the list of results an organization can expect from the AgilQuest and Cisco telework team. We are already helping leading agencies and using our 15 years of experience with the commercial sector to accelerate their telework and real estate reduction programs.

For everyone who did not get a chance to speak with our Workplace Services staff or the Cisco technology experts, we have created the practical steps any federal agency needs to take to implement a program to meet the mandates and to do so before the reporting deadline. It includes links to presentations, online resources and communications technology solutions to cover everything you need from one source.
