AgilQuest Announces OnBoard Version 3.1.2

In mid-December AgilQuest released version 3.1.2 of its OnBoard Workplace Management System. OnBoard provides organizations with a means for measuring the actual use of workspaces, for scheduling shared workspaces and conference rooms, and for routing telephone extensions on a scheduled or event-driven basis. This new release adds several new capabilities:

  • An enhanced graphical image map for the kiosk keyboard improves password security.
  • Enhanced user rights that define the ability to check-in to reserved spaces from remote locations.
  • New confirmation emails to both owners and creators of reservations to better track reservations made by one person on behalf of another.
  • Easier user access to the display of reservation start times
  • Improved functionality for locating people, resources, or reservations.
