Bringing excitement to your telework and hoteling programs

Large corporations and federal agencies have recognized telework and hoteling programs can provide significant savings, but getting past the initial roll-out requires acceptance and widespread user adoption. Pilot programs are rapidly appearing everywhere as decision makers have determined lend their support or direction, but these programs have to reach all levels of the organization to realize the promised results. How do you maintain that initial momentum, bring telework and hoteling to every department and division, and help workers embrace the new workplace?

In this free, one-hour educational webinar, Deloitte, well known as a leader in consulting, will share their experience and successes in hoteling from the initial pilot to broad adoption to their global standard for 45,000 workers. Eric Johnson, Deloitte's Senior Manager for Workplace Strategy, will present real world examples from their program and his insight into what works and what does not. Torrance Houlihan, AgilQuest's Product Manager for OnBoard, will explain how technology is applied to deliver ease-of-use and the excitement necessary to win support from workers and users. Both these experts will present their findings and then answer your questions on improving user adoption.

Reserve your seat to hear Torrance Houlihan and Eric Johnson discuss, among other things:

  • Real life stories about improving adoption from major workplace leader, Deloitte
  • How technology can drive participation for hoteling and telework programs
  • How to communicate personal ROI to the workforce
