Details the relevant and flexible features and capabilities of OnBoard that will enable concierges and administrators to efficiently meet the needs of their organization.

OnBoard Tools and Technologies: Product Roadmap and User Input

Offers a detailed review of the latest features and functions available in Onboard 5 and a glimpse into the future of OnBoard. We will close with an open session for participants to discuss key areas of functional enhancement that will offer the most value to their organizations.

Best Practices and Lessons Learned

An interactive discussion of the best practices for setting up business rules, customizations, and learning "tricks of the trade" that we have seen implemented by other customers using the OnBoard system. Presenters and the audience will share OnBoard options and tips to deliver high quality service to internal customers.

Leveraging the new reporting platform

Learn about the powerful new reporting platform capabilities available in the current versions of OnBoard and Commander. We will discuss designing and editing report layouts with the development builder, configuring report email subscriptions, and adding reports into OnBoard.

OnBoard Tools and Technologies: Product Roadmap and User Input

An interactive discussion of the technologies and technical aspects of the new OnBoard version 5 and Commander 2, the features and capabilities of Monitor and Wrapper, the cloud and on-demand delivery models, the direction and vision for future versions and platforms. We will end with an open session for attendees to provide input for making OnBoard and Commander a natural fit in the IT department.

Integrating across the Enterprise: Options and real world examples

Discuss examples and use cases for sharing and integrating among OnBoard, Commander, and in-house systems. An overview of our data management, integration process, and our Xpress API will be presented. Presentations will include integrating reservations and phone switching, capturing presence for check-ins, and measuring the actual use of space.
