The Steelcase DeskWizard™ seamlessly integrates with Forum providing a low-cost per desk solution to intuitively signal workspace availability and present a QR Code.
Configurable light colors are mapped to Forum reservation statuses such as green – available, yellow – limited availability (i.e. the next 30 minutes), or red – not available.
Using the colored light cues, workers can quickly identify available spaces for focused work or near colleagues for collaboration.
